Issues Receipting In Parts

Sometimes there can be an issue receipting in parts from Irizar in AutoMaster in which you should receive a similar error stating


"Item has been discarded, cannot be added"


  • Log into AutoMaster DMS



  • Browse to AutoMaster DMS > Spare Parts > Product Data Maintenance



  • Click on Binoculars to bring up Search Product Window



  • Enter in Product Code e.g. 8021284 and click on Search


This will bring up details on Product


  • Go to Product Menu > Additional Product Data to check to see if the product is set to Not in Use which will prevent you from receipting in new parts. 



  • If the Not In Use box is ticked, untick and click on Ok. 



  • Attempt to receipt in the product again.
