Introduction

This job populates warehouse data which is then viewed in Scania Business Analyzer.

This is used by P.J. and Karen in Parts and Aishling in Finance. 

Re-running SBA AM Load Warehouse job

• Notify PJ, Karen and Aishling to let them know that the data was not loaded into Scania Business Analyzer. 

• You will receive an email similar to below:

• RDP onto WWSSBA server with admin details

• Open SQL Server 2014 and log in with sa account

• Browse to SQL Server Agents > Jobs > SBA AM Load WareHouse

• Right click on job and select "Start Job At Step" and click on Start. 

Please Note: - Re-running the job may take up to two hours to process. You will not receive an email to say that is was successful, however you will see pop up on server to say it has completed. 

Validating Data has been Populated

• Once the job has completed successfully, log off WWSSBA server. 

• Open Scania Business Analyzer 

• Browse to Parts Dept and pick a report and filter by date

• Alternatively contact PJ or Karen to confirm that the date has loaded.
