If there are any booking issues reported in DD look at the services below first before notifying Scania helpdesk.
There is a service in SQL called AM2DD.
It reports bookings, calendars and technicians between the two applications.
Go to services on SQL restart AM2DD.
For the AM2DD service there is a config file.
Go to DDRIVE -> Data Store -> SAMDD -> SAMDD.EXE
Logs might tell you if there are any issues.
There is also a broker server DDINT that provides the updates between AM and DD. e.g Work Order Number
If DDINT is down nothing will go across the two applications.
In the SQL server go to IIS and restart WWSSQL.
