In SQL Server there is a QWATCHER-ENTRA service.
If there are WIO issues restart this service as it is likely that this service is causing an issue.
Each dealer have their own QWATCHER-ENTRA Service running on their SQL Server.
Each dealers QWATCHER Service has a unique DMS Key.
This DMS Key is retrieved from SWS under: Administer -> Network Settings.
If the DMS Key is entered wrong in the dealers JSON File, update it to the correct DMS key and restart the QWATCHER.
When this is done verify that there is a connection between workshop and Scania by adding a part to a chassis number with an open work order.
If it comes across to AM it is working. If not then there is a bigger issue.
