What is Digital Dealer?

Digital Dealer is a Booking System Application.
It is aware of all the customers and trucks that have been purchased off Westward (Or whatever dealer you are at)
The customer does not have to worry about booking their vehicle in for service as the application notifies the workshop in the dashboard when a vehicle is due for service.
The workshop can then ring up the customer and inform them that their vehicle is due for service and book it in for whenever it suits both parties.

When a workshop is booking a vehicle in they must at minimum input a drop off date and a pickup date for the customer.
When a booking is made it calls Automaster and sends it the details of the booking.
A booking is essentially a time reservation, at this point a work order has not been created.
The work order is created when the truck comes into the workshop and it is checked in through DD or AM.
Once checked in you can see the booking on the calendar, you can now assign the booking to a mechanic by dragging it on the calendar in DD.
You make bookings in DD, if a booking has to be cancelled do it through AM.
