We can get a call from Parts department saying a DPA order is missing on our side.

Find out which dealers order is missing and the order number that is missing.


To find out what the cause/issue is:

  1. Log onto the dealers console server.
  2. In Auto Master navigate to Parts Sales.
  3. Enter the Order Number and search.
  4. You can see if the order is dispatched or not.
  5. If the order is showing on the dealers side and it has been dispatched log onto our Console Server and check our Auto Master if the order can be seen there.
  6. If it is not seen in our Auto Master, use task scheduler to transfer it under our SQL Server.
