We can get a call from Parts department saying a DPA order is missing on our side.
Find out which dealers order is missing and the order number that is missing.
To find out what the cause/issue is:
- Log onto the dealers console server.
- In Auto Master navigate to Parts Sales.
- Enter the Order Number and search.
- You can see if the order is dispatched or not.
- If the order is showing on the dealers side and it has been dispatched log onto our Console Server and check our Auto Master if the order can be seen there.
- If it is not seen in our Auto Master, use task scheduler to transfer it under our SQL Server.
