Adding an ECOC xml file manually.

The starting point for ECOC files when pulled from Scania is the WWSSIAMIP19 folder:

Go To: 

1. \\WWSSIAMIP19
2. Prod
3. COC_In
4. 62143
5. SCCO3435

We edit the the file in the following format:

62143_Truck-chassis-9370237-30-Jun-26.xml

62143 being the dealer number for Westward given from Scania. Every dealer has a 5 digit identification number.

The number must be followed by vehicle type (Bus or Truck)

9370237 is the chassis.

The date must be day-the first three letter of the month-year

File extension must be .xml otherwise we will receive an error into the itdept email.

From here the data will be saved into the DB and sent onto the COC send folder and onto Revenue from there.
