- Navigate to https://sws.scania.com/home
- You should see a list of all the dealers.
- Click on the dealer the user is requesting access from.
- At the top right you will find your name, click on it and navigate to "Administer" as show in the image below.
- In the administer tab you will see three option "Workshop Administration", "Market Administration" and "Workshop Form" - Click on Workshop Administration.
- From here you can search for active and inactive users or request access for new users using their Scania User ID.
